Therapeutic, Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage

½ Hour Session           $45.00 (very specific target areas)

1 Hour Session            $85.00 (enough time for full body)

1 ½ Hour Session        $115.00 (full body and target areas)

Relaxation massage, although a lighter touch, creates increased circulation with the intention to create deep relaxation to activate the para-sympathetic nervous system (calm).

Therapeutic massage is an intentional massage to create increased circulation in areas of overuse/repetitive movements. Therapists may utilize a variety of trained techniques to release soft tissue restrictions and/or patterns of dysfunction.

Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It can be used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
